Me
Hello! I’m Taylour, a graphic designer that’s chronically online and physically in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.
I’m a big fan of making things, designing things, and that “ah-ha moment” when you figure out how to do something really cool.
Most recently, I’ve been representing numerous fine artists at Claggett/Rey Gallery in the picturesque Vail Valley of Colorado. As part of a small team, I’ve been lucky to develop and design multiple exhibitions for a variety of artists from across the country. While each of these creators has their chosen means of expression, it’s been really cool to amplify it myself! The most satisfying part of my job has been the artists being super pleased with how their art has been represented.
Every day is about creating things tailored to my clients, whether that be the artists I’m representing, or the actual clients looking to expand their collections.
Previously, I supported the marketing team at Kimley-Horn and Associates designing winning engineering proposals and the like. Before that, I was photoshopping a lot of aircraft for Gulfstream Aerospace that ended up in ads all over the world. A long time ago I went to the Savannah College of Art and Design, where I specialized in changing majors and got a BFA in Illustration.
Personally, I like stand-up comedy, beach days, Icees, bars with character, retro video game stores (Dreamcast4Life), and wasting money by getting all the accoutrement when going to the movies.
I’m always looking for interesting things to work on and fun opportunities.
